Instead in 2010 the Northampton Board of Supervisors built a Disk Golf Game over our Accawmacke Ancestral Burial Grounds! Desecration Northampton Board of Supervisors Style.

Crown Patented Indian Land goes to the Assigned and Heirs FOREVER! It is A Governmental Contact / Treaty which only can Managed by Altered by that Government. It Protected by the Power it possess via the Constitution and can never be sold or leased. There is no statute of limitation. In the illegal /unlawful deed to the Northampton Board of Supervisors they were instructed to protect the Indian burial Grounds. They did not! In addition they are fighting in courts not to return this park which was slated to close, to the Acccawmacke Indians!

The Bagwell Family was a Wealthy Copper Colored Accawmacke Indian Family
In a 2021 Cypress Lawsuit it was mentioned that the Bagwell family had many Land Patents. In 2022 a fraudulent book was written claiming the Bagwells were English. This is a Book reading in which the alleged author was confronted with written evidence debunking the book.
