As of this publication, The Accawmacke Indians of the Eastern Shore do hereby proclaim and lawfully apply our rights as legal and lawful owners / grantors of the Territory of Crown Patented Accawmacke Indian Land here on our Indigenous Eastern Shores.

In our Generosity, we have allowed and welcomed International Prisoners, Orphans, and Fortune Seekers to our Shores with open arms.  We gave and continue to give all immigrants and migrants the secrets of our success only to be disrespected and placed in cast bondage by those same poor, sick, and starving opportunity seekers.

According to numerous Primary Sources, The First Contact American Indians were Negroid in Appearance. As recorded in the 1612 book entitled, The Historie of Travel into Virginia Britannia written by the Secretary of the London Company William Strachey. In his book of primary record Strachey states, The Virginia Indians were various shades of brown with gross thick black hair, noses broad at the ends, and Big Lips.

We the Negro Accawmacke Indians have been misclassified and miseducated into a Slave Class of African Americans as a mechanism to remove our Freedom, our Resources, and our Land via enslavement, imprisonment, debt, denial of access and opportunity, Fines and Taxation. Accawmacke Indians are Negro and have always been Negro. The American Indian is the Negro. 

Accawmacke Indians are First Contact Indians Not Taxed. We genuine Bloodline Verified Genealogy Enrolled Accawmacke Indians are not taxed and shall not be subject to taxation. No Indigenous Accawmacke Indian Property can be legally or Lawfully Sold at auction or by any other method to non-Accawmacke Indians Ever! 

This Virginia legal action, set a precedent that private land rights may properly be acquired by lawful grants, primarily the Patent.   Commonwealth v. Morgan, 225 Va. at 521, 303 S.E.2d at 901

To be clear, if you are currently occupying our territory you are illegally occupying our Accawmacke Crown Patented land. You may not sell our Crown Patented titled land you may not convey this Crown Patented Accawmacke Indian land by any means to your relatives’, descendants or friends. The land and all that remains upon the land at the time of your vacancy and or death reverts to the ownership of the Accawmacke Indian Crown Patent Holders -The enrolled bloodline Negro Accawmacke Indians. 

The current Conveyances of Land in Northampton County are fraught with Fraud and illegal possessions. The Northampton Courthouse in a location referred to as the Hornes sits squarely on our stolen Accawmacke Indian Patented Land. The same illegal occupation applies to Smith Beach Road, Indiantown Park, Bay Creek, Custis Tomb, Eyre Hall Plantation, Cape Charles, Kitopeake Park, and Cherrystone Family Camping and RV Resort. 

25 U.S. Code § 194 - Trial of right of property; burden of proof

In all trials about the right of property in which an Indian may be a party on one side, and a white person on the other, the burden of proof shall rest upon the white person, whenever the Indian shall make out a presumption of title in himself from the fact of previous possession or ownership.

We Accawmacke Indians must now take legal and lawful possession of what has been stolen. Northampton County, nor the USA Federal Courts have the experience, authority or jurisdiction to administer a Crown Land Patent. It is Supreme Ownership which is a Treaty Level. 

The Patented Accawmacke Indian Lands belong to The Accawmacke Indians and Now and Forever according to the Rights Inherent in the Crown Land Patent which is upheld by the Supreme Court. We have discovered many Land Patents. Our Patented Land and Rights are Hidden in Plain Sight due to our being confused into falsely believing we are foreign Africans.

We take by Legal and Lawful Possession by the Power and Title inherent in Accawmacke Land Patents all the Parcels listed below. We hold and commit to Law our Accawmacke Indian Patent for Bay Creek granted in recompense for the land stolen by the Savage family.  The second Accawmacke Indian Crown is for 1600 acres. See attached Exhibit A The Bay Creek Court Awarded Savage Family theft Patent for 650 acres and Exhibit B the Accawmacke 1600 acres. These Patents are proof of Legal and Lawful rights as Grantors of the Following Properties.

Accawmacke Indians Pre-date the USA and are First Contact Indians Not Taxed.  No Indigenous Accawmacke Indian Land can be legally or Lawfully Sold at auction or by any other method to non-Accawmacke Indians Ever! There is no statute of limitation on a Crown Land Patent.

To those illegally occupying our Accawmacke Crown Patented land. You may not sell our Crown Patented titled land you may not convey this land by any means to your relatives’, descendants or friends. The land and all that remains upon the land at the time of your vacancy and or death reverts to the ownership of the Accawmacke Indians.

We Understand the Inconvenience that may result from our Rightful Ownership and Reclamation. We are repossessing the fraudulently stolen Accawmacke Indian Patented land. The Land Patent is the most Powerful Title of Ownership. We have the Power of that Patent despite the hundreds of years of deceit and denial motivated by the greed of USA Corporation.

 Lawful and reasonable notice and time will be provided to those who are illegally occupying our property. All we seek is to be made whole via the return of all that has been stolen by intentional mechanisms of terrorism, historical deception, and miseducation.
